When Will I Get My Wig?

All Instock wigs will be shipped within 2-5 business days after order is processed.

All Pre Orders will be shipped out within 10-14 business days after order is processed.

Are The Desired Hair Wigs Beginner Friendly?

• Yes! All Desired Hair Wigs are beginner friendly. The reason why is because there is NO GLUE NEEDED. All wigs are 5x5 HD glueless lace wigs. Designed for a quick and easy install. Before installing your wig make sure your natural hair is clean and flat. You can braid or tuck it under a wig cap to create a smooth appearance. You can simply put the wig on and adjust it without an adhesive. Which saves you time and money.

Can I Wear My Wig Right Out Of The Package?

•  Yes! Custom cut your HD Lace to fit your hairline, blend with your foundation or concealer of choice and you're ready to go! No Glue needed. All Desired Hair Wigs come with a customized hairline and bleached knots.

Can I Style My Own Wig After I Receive It?

• Yes! Absolutely our wigs are 100% raw/virgin Cambodian hair.Our reliable wigs are designed for you to create your desired style. Use heat tools cautiously. All wigs can hold 350-435 degrees fahrenheit recommended to stay under 450 degrees fahrenheit. Make sure you're using a heat protectant when applying heat. You can style your wig just like you would your natural hair.

How Secure Is A Glueless Wig? 

• All custom wigs come with two adjustable bands and three slide in combs to ensure comfortable and secure placement.

What Are The Benefits Of Having Glueless Wig?

• There’s so many benefits to having a Glueless Wig. One of the benefits is scalp health, with no adhesive, there's a lower chance of allergic reaction or damage to your natural hairline promoting better overall growth and comfortability. Another benefit is without glue there's no sticky residue clean up making maintenance and removal hassle free. Reusability is another amazing benefit. After 2-3 installs you have already gone to the salon 2-3 times. Imagine saving time and money by bringing the salon to your home.

Can I Change My Order?

• Once a wig has been purchased no changes can be made to the order. Please make sure all information that you entered is correct including shipping information.  Please ensure you are choosing the correct size wig you desire. We (DesireLeeBeauty, DesiredHair) are not responsible for any misinformation made with the information of your order. After the order has been placed no changes can be made. Due to the nature of the product refunds are not granted.

Can I sleep with my wig on?

• We don’t encourage you to sleep in your wig. Remember to always take care of your wig every night for longevity. You can do this by grooming your wig every night, Washing and conditioning as needed. With proper care these custom luxury HD glueless wigs are designed to last several years. Taking care of your luxury wig will help maintain quality.

Are wig revamps offered?

• Yes! We love to build solid relationships with our clients. This allows us to have the same repeat customers by allowing our clients to send the very same wig that was customized for you! This service will allow your  Desired Wig to be revamped /replenished and shipped back to you. Please see details for this service under the revamp wig tab.

What If My Wig Does Not Fit?

• Before ordering a custom wig, it’s important to know what size cap fits best for you. We (DesireLeeBeauty, DesiredHair) are not responsible for any customer not being able to fit the wig after the order has been processed.

Should I Get A Small, Medium Or Large Size For My Cap?

• If you're in between sizes always go for the one bigger size. This site does not offer extra small or extra large cap sizes. Only small, medium or large cap sizes. Please be precise when measuring your head. Please see sizing chart below
