Due to the nature of this product refunds are not granted. Once the wig is purchased there is no refund given.All risk of loss or damage to the products with your order being delivered to you when we dispatch your order from our location. We (Desired Hair/DesireLeeBeauty) are not liable for any errors made by the carrier services.

All Instock wigs will be shipped within 2-4 business days. 

All Pre Orders will be shipped out in 10-14 business days
